The first step in our exterior preparation process is to power wash or clean all exterior surfaces. This removes dirt, grime, and mildew, ensuring that the surface is clean and ready for paint. Removing Loose or Peeling Paint

After power washing, we scrape and sand all exterior surfaces to remove any loose or peeling paint. This process creates a smooth and even surface for the new paint to adhere to, preventing future peeling and cracking.

We carefully inspect all exterior wood trim for cracks or holes. Any imperfections are filled with high-quality caulk, ensuring a seamless and flawless finish.

Spot Priming

We're Not Done Until You're Satisfied

Final Walk Through

At the end of the project, our Production Manager will conduct a final walk through with you to make sure everything is perfect. If you are not 100% satisfied, touch-ups will be scheduled.

3 - Year Workmanship Guarantee

Malone Painting guarantees the quality of our work for 3 years (36 months) after the project completion date. This warranty covers peeling, blistering, cracking, flaking, and excessive chalking that occur due to improper application of paint materials under normal wear and tear. We refer to these issues as “Warranted Conditions.”

We needed someone to paint two stairwells and we didn’t know a painter since my husband does all the painting (and he’s very good at it!!). But doing the stairwells had to be hired out. Jaren came out within a few days to give us an estimate and Jon was able to get us on the schedule even faster than we were hoping. Our painter, Jarrett, did both stairwells and he did a great job working around both stairs (carpet and wood) and made sure everything was covered. He worked very efficiently and no mess!! Everything looks great!! Everyone we talked to with Malone Painting was very friendly, great communication, on time, and professional. As for pricing, they seemed very reasonable.

Wonderful painting experience As someone who has painted my own home for many years, I am really picky. I’m too old to paint exterior brick and was quite please to find Malone. My 50’s brick ranch was updated with beautiful painting by Malone crew leader Henry. They were thorough, attentive to details, and eager to please with a professional job. They left no trace except a can of paint for touchups. None needed. Everyone from Mike to Adam to Henry and his team were delightful and professional. They repaired and painted my basement stone walls a few months ago and I called them back and had them install new basement steps and paint all my steps and stairwell going down to my basement.
