Interior Makeovers in Color

Interior Preparation

Setting the stage for a Perfect Finish

01

Protecting Your Belongings

Before we begin any painting work, we take great care to protect your valuable belongings. We cover all floors and furniture with drop cloths and plastic sheets to prevent any damage from paint spills or splatters. Your home will be transformed into a protected workspace, ensuring that your furnishings and floors remain pristine throughout the painting process.

02

Addressing Imperfections

Over time, walls and trim can develop imperfections such as cracks and nail holes. These imperfections can detract from the overall appearance of your newly painted surfaces. Our experienced painters carefully inspect every surface for any blemishes, ensuring that no imperfections go unnoticed. We use high-quality caulking and filling compounds to seamlessly repair any cracks or nail holes, leaving your walls and trim smooth and flawless.

03

Ensuring Proper Paint Adhesion

To ensure optimal paint adhesion, we prepare all glossy surfaces and trim by sanding and cleaning. This process removes any existing peeling paint or rough areas, creating a smooth and even surface for the new paint to adhere to. We take meticulous care in sanding, ensuring that the underlying surfaces are perfectly prepared for a flawless paint application.

We're Not Done Until You're Satisfied

Final Walk Through

At the end of the project, our Production Manager will conduct a final walk through with you to make sure everything is perfect. If you are not 100% satisfied, touch-ups will be scheduled.

3 - Year Workmanship Guarantee

Malone Painting guarantees the quality of our work for 3 years (36 months) after the project completion date. This warranty covers peeling, blistering, cracking, flaking, and excessive chalking that occur due to improper application of paint materials under normal wear and tear. We refer to these issues as “Warranted Conditions.”

Bringing St. Louis Spaces to Life One Brushstroke at a Time

Whether it’s your home or business, our trusted team delivers top-quality professional painting services in St. Louis with care, precision, and lasting results.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. i can't say enough good things about Malone Painting. From the initial contact through the final project walkthrough, the communication was excellent. I always knew what to expect and when and even in the final project walkthrough, a couple items needed to be addressed and they were taken care of the next day. The painting crew was amazing. They worked so hard and fought through several extremely hot summer days while painting the deck. They worked through the heat of the day and ensured the project was finished within the time frame that was quoted. The bathroom was also done on time and with a great result. I am very happy with both the deck and the bathroom and have recommended Malone Painting to a number of people. I'm very glad I called Malone Painting and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Malone Painting Company! They did an incredible job bringing our 100+ year-old historic home back to life with a fresh new color scheme while still allowing its original character and charm to shine through. The entire team was easy to work with from start to finish. We were especially impressed with our lead point of contact, who stopped by several times throughout the day to check on the progress and make sure everything stayed on track. The attention to detail, communication, and quality of work were outstanding. We are so pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Malone Painting!

I really appreciated the amount of detail they put into the estimate because it gave me such a clear explanation of what was included. We got other estimates that were so much more vague and this is one of the reasons we chose Malone Painting. Their price was competitive and we had a good understanding of what we were paying for. The work was completed quickly and our house looks great! I would definitely recommend Malone Painting and work with them again.

It looks like a new home with freshly painted doors, shutters, and trim. Mike Malone provided the free estimate, Jon Fields did a great job as Production Manager. And the crew members were conscientious, professional, and had a great attention to detail. They maintained a clean work area and completed the project as promised. I highly recommend Malone Painting.

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. Malone went above and beyond, in painting our home's exterior as we prepared for its sale closing. The painting looked great, of course. But they also used their connections in the roofing trade to get damage to our tile roof repaired, at a time when roofers were nearly impossible to engage due to region-wide weather events.

Wonderful painting experience As someone who has painted my own home for many years, I am really picky. I’m too old to paint exterior brick and was quite please to find Malone. My 50’s brick ranch was updated with beautiful painting by Malone crew leader Henry. They were thorough, attentive to details, and eager to please with a professional job. They left no trace except a can of paint for touchups. None needed. Everyone from Mike to Adam to Henry and his team were delightful and professional. Thanks for my first professional paint experience. I highly recommend them.

They repaired and painted my basement stone walls a few months ago and I called them back and had them install new basement steps and paint all my steps and stairwell going down to my basement. They did a fantastic job. Excellent pricing, on time, cleaned up after themselves and didn’t waste any time while completing the job. I highly recommend them for all your painting needs. I will be having them come back in a few months to paint rooms inside my home. I have finally found a company that I truly trust and know they will not take advantage of me. Great job !!!!.

The team checked in with me frequently and responded to all questions or concerns promptly. They even did another survey after completion to point out tiny imperfections they want to fix (I did not even notice the imperfections they found). Great team, great people. Highly recommend! We enjoyed working with them.
